If you’ve ever tried to hustle harder, wake up earlier, and keep all the balls in the air..
Only to end up even more exhausted and further behind….
If you feel like you have to be superwoman to get all the things done in a day...
If you’re the woman who can do all the to-do’s and you’re guilty of putting everyone else first – and realizing you’ve done all the important things…. except for the ones that have to do with your own health, joy or wellbeing. (And yet you KNOW deep down… those are truly the important ones).
If you know more money is in your future - you want it, you know it would make your life easier… but you’re still not quite comfortable with spending it… worry what others will think or how they’ll treat you when you have money… and know on some level this fear is holding you back from TRULY living your best life, and embodying who you know you’re meant to be …
You’re not alone.
We are constantly being bombarded with advice to “just hustle harder,” “wake up at 5am,” and “do it all perfectly with a smile.”
The message couldn’t be clearer:
Be super woman!! If it doesn’t work for you, you must be doing it wrong.
We’re taught to do it all ourselves. To shame those who have more than us, and to not be greedy. We’re taught to judge people who have it easier, who have the means and money to let life be a bit easier….
Because it “MUST BE NICE”.
But if you’re anything like me—and the women I work with—you’re tired. Not lazy. Not unmotivated. Just done with pretending that the chaos of life doesn’t exist while we build our dreams.
And you’re ready to step into the energy of ease— abundance… of getting out of the grind, having a great life and being able to say “HECK YA, it IS NICE” when life is good and you’re able to be and live wealthy, on your terms.
Today’s episode is called “The Messy Path to Millions” and honestly? It’s exactly the conversation we all need right now.
Our generation and especially women.. We’re waking up to the fact that we’re not just here to survive the pressure—we’re here to redefine what success looks like to us - and for future generations.
To ditch the outdated, male-coded blueprint of success and build one that actually honors our lives, our energy, and our values.
And today’s guest? She’s the real deal.
Renée Warren is an award-winning entrepreneur, angel investor, podcast host, and creator of The Pink Skirt Project—a global movement redefining success for ambitious women. She’s been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Business Insider… but what makes her so special isn’t her accolades—it’s her honesty, her systems, and the way she’s turning hustle culture on its head.
In this episode, you’re going to learn:
✨ What it really takes to grow a successful business without burning out
✨ The emotional (and tactical) truth about failure—and how it can become your fuel
✨ How to build systems that support your success and your sanity
✨ Why rich woman energy isn’t about Chanel bags—it’s about choice
✨ How to let go of guilt around asking for help (and why it’s actually your leadership edge)
✨ How to become wealthy in ways that feel good, aligned, and actually work during school pickup chaos and midlife curveballs
This one’s for the woman who’s building big things—and carrying a lot. For the ones holding families, dreams, calendars, and high expectations... and wondering if it’s okay to not want to hustle harder.
Now - I also want to preface this conversation with this:
Renée is wealthy. Like private jet, full time house manager, – for many of us - big dreams rich.
There are parts of this episode that are unrelatable to me on the surface: I don’t have a private jet or fly - or buy - first class flights. Renee is.
But before you turn this off, thinking it’s not relevant to you, or maybe even think “must be nice for Renée” and assume this won’t apply to you, I invite you to LEAN IN.
Renée’s wisdom, I truly believe, is in listening to her journey. In knowing that her life wasn’t always this way and learning how she’s navigated it and stepped in to make the most of her life and the opportunities she has. AND how she pays it forward to create opportunities for others.
It’s easy to judge people that are wealthier than us; I mean, i’ve done it and I grew up in that type of environment (and still see and hear a LOT Of it - especially online).
But it’s also what I know holds many people back – and maybe even you – the fear of being judged. Maybe your next level isn’t private jets - yet… but maybe you worry what people will think if you hire a babysitter or a nanny. What will your mother in law think if you hire a cleaner to help you around the house. What will your friends think if you buy your own place (when everyone else thinks its impossible), or even eat out at a nice restaurant.
Subconsconsioulsy we’re programmed to stay the same as those around us and avoid things that might get us alienated or judged from the group.
And if there’s a higher level of financial abundance and freedom you want – then I’m willing to bet there’s going to be some new ways of thinking about money you’ll have to lean into. There’s new levels of investing in yourself, in those around you, community, and support - you’ll have to get comfortable with.
This has been true for me at every step of my wealth building journey - from getting rid of my debt, to buying my frist home, making my first million, the first time we owned TWO rental properties at the same time, and then 10 and now over 100. It’s all come with steps I’ve had to take - we’ve had to take - to BECOME the people who can handle, manager, steward and make the most of our financial abundance.
That’s the other part of what this episode is about - helping you see the steps, the ways of thinking and financial freedom and generosity that’s available to you too.
Let this be your permission slip. Your pep talk. Your new paradigm.
Because it’s not about doing more. It’s about doing what matters, in a way that works for you. This episode with Renée is giving major “rich woman energy but make it real” vibes - and I know you’re going to love it.
Now grab a tea, kombucha, or a glass of champs... and let’s dive into this juicy convo with the incredible Renée Warren.
Here are the juicy bits you can look forward to:
